GETTING STARTED

How the rental process works

Contact us to place an order via phone, make an appointment, create a wish list, or email your consultant directly (for frequent renters).

Your order is created and availability of products and services is verified. You will get an emailed quote from your consultant.

Confirm your quote after all necessary changes and updates have been made. Customer Service will send you a link to sign your contracts and pay the deposit.

Sign, pay, and you’re done! It’s as simple as that.

Now what?

Make sure to mark your calendars for the last day to reduce or cancel any items from your order and your final payment due date. If you don’t have changes, no need to contact us.

The week of the event, warehouses pull rental items and prep the order.

During delivery, your driver will call you when on the way from THEIR CELL PHONE. Answer it when they call you.

Verify all your items have arrived correctly. Set up your event and enjoy.

AFTER YOUR EVENT

Pack up all items the way you received them. When the truck arrives for pick-up, the items must be ready for transport unless you have paid for take down or your contract states the items include removal.
