Temporary Closure FAQ

For the safety of our employees and our community, we will be closing our showroom doors effective immediately. Like most of you, we are learning as we go. While this time is distressing for all of us, we have your best interest at heart. 

Mindful of the impact this has on our clients, we have crafted some guidance in anticipation of questions you may have. As we move forward, it is with thoughtfulness and kindness that we are all in this together. Thank you for your understanding and support. We want everyone to stay home, stay safe and stay healthy.

What if I need to place an order? We will be taking new orders for events that do not violate al public health order. You may request a quote online, however, you may experience a delayed response or receive your quote when our staff returns to the office. Thank you for your patience.

Healthcare and medical professionals or those with needs directly related to serving our community during the national health crisis may email jennifer@mariannesrentals.com for immediate assistance. We have a small team of delivery personnel that is dispatched as needed for essential business.

Who can I contact for questions or issues during this time? The best mode of contact is to email your rental consultant. They will be monitoring email for urgent matters. Other matters will be responded to when we return. Stay tuned to our social media channels for the most up to date information regarding our future operating hours.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule an event? We are currently allowing rescheduling for events within 3 business days to encourage our community to comply with social distancing. For postponed events with a confirmed future event date, please contact your rental consultant to discuss availability. We are cheerfully supporting all rescheduling efforts to the best of our ability. 

For cancellations, please review your contract date or contact your rental consultant for details. 

When can I expect to receive my security deposit for my closed or canceled event? All normal business operations are currently suspended. We will resume operations when we can return to the office.
