Reopening Safety Protocols: Rent with Confidence

We are so thankful that our community is finding a need for our products and services as they make plans to gather again. We'd like to take this opportunity to address the reasonable concerns you might have regarding the preventative health and safety measures we have in place at Marianne’s Rentals in post-quarantine operations. We are taking the following steps to ensure the health and safety of the Marianne’s Rentals family and our valued customers:

  • Our Leadership Team is continually monitoring the situation and has been providing our employees with updated guidelines and direction from the CDC and local health authorities on healthy workplace habits.
  • As always, we are asking that any employee who does not feel well stay home.
  • Our entire team Quarantined for 6 weeks to ensure that everyone who does work together, can do so confidently.
  • Our staff is working with gloves, masks, and heightened sanitation routines as well as proximity guidelines appropriate for essential work. This includes isolation of offices, warehouses, and 6-foot interaction perimeters. Common areas are closed and employees are restricted from congregating or gathering.
  • We have provided alcohol-based hand sanitizer throughout our workplace, warehouses, and in common areas, including Marianne’s Rentals delivery trucks.
  • We are requiring all Delivery and Operational Teams to wear masks and gloves and practice increased sanitation measures at every stop.

We have always and continue to have rigorous procedures in place to ensure the quality, sanitation, and cleanliness of our equipment. We have highlighted an overview of some of our Equipment Cleaning & Sanitation Procedures below. Note, this content was originally published HERE:

Dishware: All of our dish and glass cleaning processes incorporate equipment that utilizes water temperatures in excess of 125 degrees, which, when incorporated with our dish cleaning solution and sanitation practices for both hand wash and machine wash items, makes sparkling clean and sanitized foodservice items that we’ve been proud to set the industry standard for decades! Dry, sanitized items are stored with clean containment processes for confident use at your event!

Linen: Our in house commercial washing facility adheres to strict standards of wash cycle length and cleaning solution to meet the recommendations of our machine manufacturer’s regulations to ensure beautifully clean and sanitary linens.

General Equipment: We wipe down the surfaces of our general equipment items (which include tables, chairs, bars, shelving, and more) with an all-purpose cleaner. Equipment is then allowed to air dry, in accordance with the manufacturer recommendations, prior to making the equipment available to use.

Tents: Marianne’s uses cleaning equipment that utilizes the combination of detergent and water to ensure the cleanliness of our tenting equipment.

We are closely monitoring the CDC and World Health Organization for ongoing updates and will continue to adjust and advance our practices as recommended.
